Submit a Service Request tool

You use the Submit a Service Request tool to quickly create service requests by using your computer or mobile device. You can also monitor the status of existing service requests that you created or are affected by.

You add new service requests by specifying the request category, identifying the location, defining the asset, and providing a description. You can upload photographs or videos to requests to provide more information.

After you enter a service request, you automatically receive notifications when the request is resolved or closed.

Before you can access the Submit a Service Request tool, an administrator must add you to the security group template for service requests. Security group templates are provided to enable access to Work Centers and Tools and Tasks.
