Table 1. Configure Services
Option Description
Mobile Device Management

Mobile Device Management (MDM) enables organizations to provision, manage, and secure corporate and employee-owned devices wireless and remotely.

If a platform is set for MaaS360, a green checkmark is displayed next to the icon.
APNs Certificate
You must upload an Apple MDM Certificate to manage iOS devices. MaaS360 uses APNs certificates to establish secure communication with enrolled devices and enable various device management capabilities for these devices. (If the Apple ID credentials that were used to set up the APNS certificate are no longer available, you must change the Apple ID and enter those credentials.)
Enable Android Enterprise
You can sign up by using your work email, an unmanaged Google account, or a Gmail account to create an Enterprise Google account to link your MaaS360 account with Android Enterprise. Using this workflow, you can bind multiple Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) instances to a single Enterprise Google account. You can deploy additional Google products alongside Android Enterprise without the need for separate registration with Google.
MaaS360 Mail Specifies whether you can use the IBM MaaS360 Mail product.

With MaaS360 Mail, users access and manage email messages, calendar data, and contacts inside a secure container.

Contact IBM Support for more information about MaaS360 Mail.

Mobile Application Management Specifies whether you can use MaaS360 to manage both public apps and apps that are developed by your organization with extra security features.

You can deploy apps to users, view a list of apps that are installed by users, and prevent app data from being copied outside the app.

EULA Management Specifies whether you can manage and distribute the Usage policy from the WorkPlace Persona policy settings. For more information, see End user license agreement self-serviceability and Services settings (WorkPlace Persona policy).
Note: This workflow is not available if you enable the Mobile Application Management service only.
