Prerequisites for using Acoustic Exchange with Acoustic Personalization

You must have an Acoustic Exchange account for Acoustic Personalization. You must also create and register your channel as an endpoint in Acoustic Exchange.

Prerequisites

• You must have an Acoustic Exchange account to use with Acoustic Personalization.
  • If you already have an Acoustic Exchange account, you should continue to use the same account for Acoustic Personalization.
  • If you do no have an Acoustic Exchange account, visit this website to create one.
• You must enable every channel you want to personalize in Acoustic Exchange Capture using the same Acoustic Exchange account.
• Ensure that you register the channel in Acoustic Personalization and you have the channel tenant ID ready with you.
