IBM MaaS360 provides a REST style web-service Application Programming
Interface (API) for integrating with other applications. To use IBM
MaaS360 APIs an API key must be generated. During the MDM MaaS360
Extender installation you are prompted for the following information:
- MaaS360 Username and password
- Billing ID
- Application Version
- MaaS360 Root URL
- Application ID
- Platform ID
- Application Access Key (API Key)
MaaS360 On-premises Customers
Contact your System Administrator to obtain these values. For more
information see the IBM MaaS360 Mobile Device Management Configuration
Guide.
MaaS360 SaaS Customers
Contact IBM Fiberlink Customer Services at 1-855-MAAS360 (1-855-622-7360),
or email them at ops@fiberlink.com. Tell them that you are migrating
your IBM Endpoint Manager Mobile Device Management deployment to MaaS360
and ask them to establish the following credentials:
- Application version
- MaaS360 Root URL
- Application ID
- Platform ID
- Application Access Key (API Key)
