SubTransaction status affected by IBM Tivoli Monitoring event merging logic

IBM Tivoli Monitoring event merging logic sometimes results in the service status not being updated in TBSM by the IBM Tivoli Monitoring events. When this happens, refer to the following tech note to turn off event merging of the TEMS table for the created situation:
