Monitoring usage for RQA

The IBM Engineering Requirements Quality Assistant (RQA) dashboard shows an overview of the service usage. Usage is measured by comparing the number of requirements that are checked against the number of purchased units.

About this task

The dashboard shows these numbers:

  • Checks that you are subscribed to
  • Checks that you used
  • Checks remaining
  • Requirements exceeded (if any)

The usage gets reset on the first day of every month. To know about the time zone and system time the RQA service is synchronized against, see Identifying RQA service synchronization time.

The green color of the usage ring and the usage bar indicates that your requirements checks are under the subscribed amount for the month. After the subscription is exhausted, the usage automatically moves to overages. Red overage indicators show overages beyond your contracted units. You are charged extra for overages.

Procedure

  1. On the RQA dashboard, click the Usage tab.
  2. In the Usage section, view the service usage details.
