To get help and support for IBM Engineering Requirements Quality Assistant (RQA), see the IBM Support Guide.

Before you report your problem to IBM Support, complete the following steps:

  • Ensure that the RQA service is available and not undergoing maintenance work. The administrator for your IBM service receives notifications about any planned maintenance that can affect the availability of the service.
  • Search the knowledge bases and forums for answers to your questions or issues.
  • Record any error messages that you see. Error messages often contain codes that make more sense when you investigate your problem further. You might also receive multiple error messages that look similar, but that have subtle differences. By recording the details of each message, you can learn more about the problem and provide more information to IBM Support.
