Retrieve Data from a WebDAV Server

You can retrieve data from a WebDAV server.

1. In My Network Places, select the server you want to retrieve data from.
2. From the directory, select the file or directory you want to retrieve.
3. Open or copy the file to a location on your local disk.

   You can also drag and drop files or a directory from the remote host to a local directory. You can drag and drop multiple files or directories using Shift-click or Ctrl-click to select files and dragging the selection.

   Note: Files (messages) stored in Sterling B2B Integrator mailboxes have extractability policies that govern if and when they can be retrieved. A file may only be retrievable a certain number of times or until a certain date.
