Using Transactional Processing
The IBM Sterling B2B Integrator supports extended and coordinated database transactions.
Transactional Processing Limitations
Transactional processing is not available of use with iSeries and the extended transaction functions do not apply to transactions with WebSphere MQ or other messaging servers that use JMS.
Configuring Transactional Processing
You can either use the Begin and End Transaction Services in your business processes or you can enable transactions during the Business Process check-in.
Services/Adapters That Support Transactional Processing
A series of services and adapters can complete extended and coordinated database transaction.
