How do I restore an archived user?
Only your IBM Blueworks Live admin can restore an archived user.
If you are an admin, to restore an archived user:
- Click the Admin link in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click the User Management tab. You see the User Accounts page.
- Click the Archived link in the upper right corner of the page. You see a list of archived users.
- Click the Restore link in the row of the user that you want to restore.
