How do I restore an archived user?

Only your IBM Blueworks Live admin can restore an archived user.

If you are an admin, to restore an archived user:
  1. Click the Admin link in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Click the User Management tab. You see the User Accounts page.
  3. Click the Archived link in the upper right corner of the page. You see a list of archived users.
  4. Click the Restore link in the row of the user that you want to restore.
