You might want to move parts (processor cores or memory) between compatible systems in an attempt to rebalance your capacity.
Sometimes the movement of the resource requires both the movement of the physical component and the movement of the Capacity on Demand (CoD) activation. Under these circumstances, a deactivation of the capacity on the source server is required as the processor or memory activation is being migrated.
