New support for Red Hat® Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CentOS Linux 8.2 and 8.4

Quorum Witness 1.0.3 now supports RHEL and CentOS versions 8.2 and 8.4.

Important: If your operating system is lower than 8.2, either upgrade your RHEL or CentOS version accordingly, or use Quorum Witness 1.0.2. The operating system upgrade must be done prior to Quorum Witness 1.0.3 installation. See the Upgrading an existing installation section of the User Guide for more information.
