Enabling secure communication between SSM and SIM

Enable secure communication between the session manager (SSM) and the service instance manager (SIM). You can also enable authentication to protect the connection between SSM and SIM. Once enabled, SIM is required to authenticate to SSM before sending any request to SSM. Any messages between them are encrypted by TLS.
