Restructure the batch by using the batch tree view (AIndex)

The batch tree view displays the type of each page within the batch. You can use this view to change the document or page type and restructure the batch.

Start Doc check box A check mark indicates that the current page is the first page in a document:
  • If the check box is cleared, selecting it splits the current document so the page becomes the first page in a new document.
  • If the check box is selected, clearing it joins the current document and the previous document.
  • Hotel
    • Room_Receipt
 Displays the document type and page type for the current page. You can change the page type. If the page is the first page in a document, you can also change the document type.
Move up button Moves the selected page up.
Move down button Moves the selected page down.
Problem fields only Check box Select to display only problem fields in the data entry panel.
