Defining a connection to IBM Cloud Object Storage

To access data from IBM Cloud Object Storage, you must define a connection that specifies the required keys.

There are two ways that you can connect to IBM Cloud Object Storage.

Use Access Key and Secret Key (S3 API)	In the stage editor, specify values for the Login URL, Access Key and Secret Key From the Use Resource Instance ID list, select No	Use encrypted job parameters for the values that you specify in the stage editor
Use IBM Cloud IAM Token Service	In the stage editor, specify values for the Login URL, IAM URL, Resource Instance ID, API key and Region From the Use Resource Instance ID list, select Yes	Use encrypted job parameters for the values that you specify in the stage editor
