Managing metadata

After you import metadata into the metadata repository, you can add or modify information about the metadata such as the description of a table. You can also add information such as contacts, policies, and terms in IBM® InfoSphere® Information Governance Catalog to the imported schemas, directories, tables, files, and data fields.
