General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and IBM Dynamic Pricing

The aim of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is to unify data protection and privacy laws and requirements across the European Union (EU). GDPR intends to empower people in the EU with the right to data privacy and the capability to take back the control of their personal data.

The GDPR has two primary objectives:
  1. The protection of natural persons (data subjects) in the EU regarding the processing of personal data.
  2. The free movement of personal data within and outside the EU.

What personal data is collected and stored by IBM Dynamic Pricing?

The only personal data of a user (data subject) that IBM Dynamic Pricing collects and stores is the user's name, email, and IBMid. IBM Dynamic Pricing does not complete any other processing or analysis of this data. Your IBMid provides authentication and registration when you log in to IBM Dynamic Pricing. You can edit your IBMid details at any time from your IBM® Profile page. Additionally, if you cancel your IBM Dynamic Pricing subscription, all your data, including personal data, is deleted.

As part of your organization's subscription to IBM Dynamic Pricing, IBM can collect and store personal data about some users for the organization, such as contact details for key personnel within your organization. How do I submit a data subject access request?

You can submit a request to IBM to learn about any data that IBM collected about you.

All access requests to IBM must be submitted to the IBM Corporate Privacy Office. You must submit your access request in writing through one of the following options.

  • Submit the access request by email. The email address for submitting an access request is available within the How to contact us section of the IBM Online Privacy Statement.
  • Submit an access request by Fax. The fax number to use for submitting Access Requests is 1-845-491-5245. Follow your international dialing protocol for your location.
  • Submit an access request by postal mail. Send your access request to the following address:
