Start a daemon with a non-standard configuration area:

$ scm --config /tmp/daemons/ daemon start /tmp/sandbox1
Port: 37706
Key: 08AD30FB7470877D6BBE72C458719EB6
Note the use of –config to set the location of the configuration area.
