New in PTF UA96373 (June 2018)

New features and enhancements were introduced and covered in the updates to the IBM® OMEGAMON® for IMS on z/OS® documentation.

PTF UA96373 (June 2018) introduces the following new feature and enhancement:

Managed Systems Status workspace (KIP$PLX) and Managed Systems Status Details workspace (KIP$PLXD): In an environment with multiple LPARs, there is only one IMSplex Agent active at any time. To determine the LPAR that owns the IMSplex agent is difficult and time consuming, because you must review each OMEGAMON for IMS on z/OS Agent STC RKLVLOG across the entire environment for the message KIPPIR78I This started task has been made the IMSplex level agent.
To locate the owning LPAR of the IMSplex Agent quickly, the Managed Systems Status workspace (KIP$PLX) is provided to display all managed systems. The managed systems can be filtered. Then you can navigate to the workspace and check a particular managed system for its Hostname that is resolved from the Host Address.
