After the Opt-In Request has posted, and if a visitor accepts the Web Tracking Opt-In Request the system tracks their web activity and the request message does not appear in future visits.

If a visitor rejects the Web Tracking Opt-In Request, the system does not track web activity, except for Submit events in Landing Pages. Also, the Opt-In Request continues to appear in future visits. Currently, all visitors will have to opt-in to external site Web Tracking and Landing Page Web Tracking separately. If a visitor clears their cookies, the Opt-In Request appears again. Tracking stops until the visitor opt-in again.

If a visitor goes to your site again using a different browser, and if the visitor accepts the Web Tracking Opt-In Request and then visits the same site using a different browser, the Opt-In Request appears again. and the tracking does not take place in that browser until the request is accepted.
