In the Service Level Agreements application, you delete
service level agreements that you no longer. When you delete a service
level agreement, the associated escalation is deleted also.
You use the Delete SLA action to delete
a service level agreement.
In the following cases, you cannot delete a service level agreement:
- If the service level agreement is active.
- If the service level agreement is applied to any record. In this
case, you can set the status of the service level agreement to inactive
to prevent it from being used in the future.
- If the service level agreement supports another service level
agreement. In this case, you can set the status of the service level
agreement to inactive to prevent it from being used in the future.
