IBM Support Assistant Data Collector

The IBM Support Assistant Data Collector (ISADC) is a free local software serviceability program that helps you resolve questions and problems with IBM software products.

By using the tool, you can shorten the amount of time it takes to resolve your problem with automated data gathering and submission.

ISADC is automatically installed when you install InfoSphere® MDM. ISADC is in the MDM_INSTALL_HOME/MDMCollector directory.
