LSF_PROXYD_NOTOKEN_NTRIES

The rate limiter is available as of Fix Pack 14. You can set the LSF_PROXYD_NOTOKEN_NTRIES parameter for use with the rate limiter.

Syntax

LSF_PROXYD_NOTOKEN_NTRIES=integer

Description

Sets the number of times that the LSF command attempts to contact the lsfproxyd daemon after it is not granted a token for the rate limiter. If this parameter is set to a value, LSF only attempts to contact the lsfproxyd that defined number of times, and then quits. LSF will then wait for three seconds before attempting to contact lsfproxyd again.

Valid values

Any positive integer.

Default

INFINIT_INT (The default is to continue the attempts to contact lsfproxyd)

Example

LSF_PROXYD_NOTOKEN_NTRIES=3
