Specifies whether LSF includes rss and cache in the memory usage report when Linux cgroups are enabled.

LSB_CGROUP_MEM_INCLUDE_CACHE=Y|y|N|n
Description
When set to Y|y, LSF includes rss and cache in the memory usage report when Linux cgroups are enabled.
When set to N|n, LSF only includes rss in the memory usage report when Linux cgroups are enabled.
Short jobs might not have memory usage to be displayed when the LSB_CGROUP_MEM_INCLUDE_CACHE is not defined or defined as N.
