lsf.conf
The lsf.conf file controls the operation of LSF . To
configure LSF Data Manager , you set the LSF_DATA_HOSTS and LSF_DATA_PORT
parameters for the lsf.conf file, and other optional parameters.
LSB_TIME_DMD
The timing level for checking how long the dmd daemon runs.
LSF_DATA_HOSTS
Specifies a list of hosts where the LSF data manager daemon (dmd ) can run, and where clients can contact the LSF data manager that is associated with the cluster. The dmd daemon can run only on the listed hosts.
LSF_DATA_PORT
Port number of the LSF data manager daemon (dmd ) associated with the cluster.
LSF_DATA_SKIP_GROUP_CHECK
When the LSF_DATA_SKIP_GROUP_CHECK parameter is set to Y or y , the LSF mbatchd daemon does not check whether the user who requests data is a member of the user group that is specified by the -datagrp option for the job.
LSF_STAGE_IN_EXEC
Specifies the stage in script for direct data staging (for example, IBM CAST burst buffer).
LSB_STAGE_OUT_EXEC
Specifies the stage out script for direct data staging (for example, IBM CAST burst buffer).
LSB_STAGE_STORAGE
Specifies the resource name to report available storage space for direct data staging (for example, IBM CAST burst buffer).
LSB_STAGE_TRANSFER_RATE
Specifies the estimated data transfer rate for direct data staging (for example, IBM CAST burst buffer). LSF uses this value to calculate the predicted duration for data stage in.
