takeoverRetryTimeInterval
This parameter specifies the time interval after which the primary master server tries to
connect with the standby master server when the operating system on either of the servers is down or
network connectivity between them is lost. This parameter is used in conjunction with the
takeoverRetryFrequency parameter.

- Specifies the time interval for retrying the connection between the primary and standby master
servers.
