      Explanation  
An error might have occurred while fixing an entry for one of the following reasons:

   The user does not have permissions to modify the entry. 
   The user does not have enough permissions to create a new entry on the directory server. 
   The user does  not have enough permissions to create a new environment property.

      Contact the directory server administrator.
