Constraints on the use of the Healthcare: Patient Identifier Cross-reference Manager pattern

To use the Healthcare: Patient Identifier Cross-reference Manager pattern, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must use a supported version of IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management (MDM) as your EMPI. For more information about supported versions, see the IBM App Connect for Healthcare system requirements.
• In IBM InfoSphere MDM, your Master Data Management Project must use the Patient template.
• You must use a unique pattern instance for each Patient Identity Source actor to which you want to connect.
