Creating your authoring and runtime environments, and other IBM App Connect resources
The IBM® App Connect Operator provides a number of APIs that you can use to create instances of the authoring and runtime environments, and resources that you can use in these environments. After the Operator is installed in your cluster and namespace, you can create the instances that you require.
About this task
The IBM App Connect Operator includes the following APIs:
- Dashboard
- Switch Server
- Integration Server
- Integration Runtime
- Configuration
- Designer Authoring
- Trace reference
Note: When you create an App Connect Dashboard, App Connect Designer, switch server, integration server, or integration runtime
custom resource or instance, managed secondary resources such as services, config maps, deployments,
and secrets are generated for each instance. Manual updates to these managed resources are not
encouraged and will be overwritten by the IBM App Connect Operator. For more
