Analyzing Infeasibility in the CPLEX Callable Library (C API)

These tools enable you to identify conflicts and to analyze the possible causes of infeasibility in your model.

CPXXfeasopt and CPXfeasopt
The routine CPXXfeasopt/CPXfeasopt computes a minimum-cost relaxation of the righthand side values of constraints or bounds on variables in order to make an infeasible problem feasible.
CPXXfeasoptext and CPXfeasoptext
The routine CPXXfeasoptext/CPXfeasoptext extends CPXXfeasopt/CPXfeasopt in several ways.
CPXXgetconflict and CPXgetconflict
This routine returns the linear constraints and variables belonging to a conflict previously computed by the routine CPXXrefineconflict/CPXrefineconflict.
CPXXgetconflictext and CPXgetconflictext
For an infeasible problem, if the infeasibility has been analyzed by CPXXrefineconflictext/CPXrefineconflictext, this routine accesses information about the conflict computed by it.
CPXXrefineconflict and CPXrefineconflict
The routine CPXXrefineconflict/CPXrefineconflict identifies a minimal conflict for the infeasibility of the linear constraints and the variable bounds in the current problem.
CPXXrefineconflictext and CPXrefineconflictext
The routine CPXXrefineconflictext/CPXrefineconflictext extends CPXXrefineconflict/CPXrefineconflict to problems with indicator constraints, quadratic constraints (except for explicit second order cone constraints), special ordered sets (SOSs), or piecewise linear constraints and to situations where groups of constraints should be considered as a single constraint.
CPXXrefinemipstartconflict and CPXrefinemipstartconflict
The routine CPXXrefinemipstartconflict/CPXrefinemipstartconflict refines a conflict in order to determine why a given MIP start is not feasible.
CPXXrefinemipstartconflictext and CPXrefinemipstartconflictext
The routine CPXXrefinemipstartconflictext/CPXrefinemipstartconflictext refines a conflict of a model inferred from a MIP start, where a MIP start consists of pairs of variables and values and where the model may include quadratic constraints, indicator constraints, or special ordered sets, as well as linear constraints and bounds.
