Configuring your environment for IBM Content Manager

You must configure your environment for the use of the IBM Content Manager connector.

Take these steps, depending on your operating system:

• 
  1. Log on as Content Collector for SAP instance user.
  2. Run the cmbenv81.sh shell script.
  3. To ensure that this script automatically runs at each logon, add the following entry to the .profile file:

     . /opt/IBM/db2cmv8/bin/cmbenv81.sh

     Note: There is a space between the period (.) and the first slash (/).
  4. For the changes to the logon profile to take effect, log off and then log on as an instance user again.
• At a command prompt, run the batch program AgentEnv_CM8.bat as administrator.
  This program is in the installation directory of Collector Server. It sets the CM8_CLASSPATH environment variable.
