Clinical data

The Clinical Data folder groups data relating to client's clinical information. Use the data sets in the Clinical Data folder to create clinical data reports. The data model shows how the data sets relate to each other.

For example, you can create the following reports:
  • Clients with allergy data by program, program status, and care manager.
  • Clients who take a specific type of blood pressure tablet, and each client's most recent blood pressure measurement.
  • The number of clients with a specific body mass index measurement.
  • A list of clients' most recent body temperature measurements and updated date.
  • Clients with condition data by the most recent condition start date.
  • Clients with no heart rate measurement in the last month. The report can help you to identify clients who require follow up.
  • The number of client laboratory tests with a specific value, by their most recent service date.
  • The number of active medications for clients by medication name, source, status, start date, end date and comments.
  • Clients with respiratory rate data by source, status, measurement date, and comments.
  • Clients with a rising risk score for a particular risk, by program, and care manager.
  • Clients whose waist circumference measurement is outside the normal range. You can use this report to identify clients who need to be contacted to discuss weight loss.
  • Clients with a specific waist-to-height measurement that is over the normal range. You can use this report to identify clients who might be at risk of diabetes, heart disease, or stroke.
  • Clients with or without recorded weight data, by program, program status and assigned care manager. For example, for a weight loss program, you can report on the number of enrolled clients with or without a weight record. You can use this report to identify clients who need follow up to capture their current weight.

You can filter your report content by applying filters to the data items in the reports. For example, you can filter medication reports by medication Code and Coding System, if needed.
