Associating care team actions with goals
Care team actions can be relevant to more than one goal and must be associated with at least one goal. You can associate actions with other goals on the care plan by adding the goals to the action.

Procedure

Sign in to your account.
Your home page opens.
- To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select , or search for other clients.

Click a client name.
Their Summary View opens.
- Click .
- Select Add Goals from the Actions menu of a
care team action.
The Add Goals page opens showing only the goals that are available to select.
- Select the goals that you want to add and click
Save. The action is associated with the goals and is shown in the care plan under each goal.
