When care teams complete, or the individual no longer needs, a care team action, you can
complete the action. After a care team action is completed, you can update the completion details.
By default, completed care team actions are hidden.
About this task
You can complete care team actions regardless of whether the action
is assigned to you or another care team member or role. Even when an action is assigned to a care
team role, rather than a specific care team member, you can complete the action on the Care Team
Actions list.
Procedure

Sign in to your account.
Your home page opens.

To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select
, or search for other clients.

Click a client name.
Their Summary View opens.

Click .
Care team actions for the individual are displayed.

Click .

Choose the appropriate option:
- Complete a care team action by completing the following steps:
- Select Complete from the Actions menu of a care
team action. The Complete Action page is displayed.
- Select an outcome, a date of completion, add a comment if needed, and click
Save.
- Update the completion details by completing the following steps. By default, completed
activities are hidden.
- Expand actions and select the filter icon to open the care team actions filter.
- Select the Show Completed check box and click
Apply.
- Select Update Completion Details from the Actions
menu of a completed action. The Update Completion Details page is
displayed.
- Update the outcome, the date of completion, or the comment, and click
Save.
