Managing the deletion of a client

You might be required to delete a client's personal data from Watson Care Manager, for example, if a client requests that their data is removed from the system under data privacy regulations, or if your organization has work flows that require the removal of personal data. You must close a client's open items before you delete the client. In addition, if you've shared the client's personal data with third parties, inform them that the client's information is being deleted from Watson Care Manager.
