Customizing the Summary view

You can generate a customized client Summary page with role-specific cards. The view of the client Summary page will update to show only the summary cards that are relevant to the selected role.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to your account.
    Your home page opens.
  2. To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select Clients > My Clients, or search for other clients.
  3. Select a client from the list of clients. The client's Summary view opens.
  4. Select Customize Summary.
  5. From the list of configured care team member roles that apply to you, select the role for which you want to generate a customized client Summary page view and click Apply Role.
    If you serve a client in multiple roles, the Care Team Role list defaults to an alphabetical display of your roles (order A-Z). If you have no assigned roles or you are not a member of the client's care team, the default Summary view displays which is not specific to any role.

Results

The Summary view that is configured for the selected role displays.
