Monitoring my tasks

You can see all of your current tasks in the My Tasks page. You can see the priority, client name, category, status, and the due date and time for each task. You can create, edit, close, or delete a task. Tasks can also be automatically generated from a program, assessment, or questionnaire.

About this task

Where tasks relate to individuals, their name is displayed. If you have access to their protected health information, you can click a name to access an individual's Summary View. Otherwise, the link to the Summary View is not available. If you need access to the information, you must be added to the individual's care team. Alternatively, if configured by your organization, you can request emergency access to that individual in critical circumstances.
