Modifying attachments

You can modify the description of documents that are attached to client records.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to your account.
    Your home page opens.
  2. To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select Clients > My Clients, or search for other clients.
  3. Click a client name.
    Their Summary View opens.
  4. Click History > Attachments.
    Starting with the most recent attachments, the list displays all the documents that are recorded for the client and the place in the application where the attachment was uploaded.
  5. Click the Actions menu for the attachment, and click Edit.
  6. Update the description of the attachment, and click Save.
  7. To view an attachment, select the file hyperlink in the Name column. To read a description of the attachment, expand the attachment in the list view.
