Deleting attachments

If a document that is attached to a client record is incorrect or obsolete, you can delete it.

About this task

You cannot delete attachments that are automatically uploaded by Watson Care Manager from messages that are sent between the care team and clients.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to your account.
    Your home page opens.
  2. To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select Clients > My Clients, or search for other clients.
  3. Click a client name.
    Their Summary View opens.
  4. Click History > Attachments.
    Starting with the most recent attachments, the list displays all the documents that are recorded for the client and the place in the application where the attachment was uploaded.
  5. Click the Actions menu for the attachment, and click Delete.
  6. Confirm that you want to delete the attachment by clicking Yes.
    The deleted attachment is removed from the list view.
