Deleting care team roles
If a configured care team role is incorrect or obsolete, you can delete it. However, you cannot delete a care team role if a task is configured to be automatically added to the care team role while running an assessment, questionnaire, or program with a client. In addition, you cannot delete a care team role that is assigned to a care team member.
Procedure

Sign in with your administrator credentials.
Your home page opens.

Click
.The Care Team Roles library opens.
- Click the Actions menu of the role, and click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the role.
