Program lifecycle

A program is a care delivery strategy that is designed to deliver a specific client outcome. An organization can build up a library of programs to meet the needs of their clients. The status of a program changes based on the decisions and actions that are taken during the program lifecycle.

You use the Programs list to monitor and manage a client's programs. The Programs list also shows all of a client's programs by status. You can also see each program's goals and a history for each program.

Note: If program content changes, the changes are not immediately reflected in programs for existing clients. To take advantage of updates to program modules, assessments, and questionnaires, you must compete the program and re-enroll the client. The progress through the program is maintained, any assessments and questionnaires that were run in the previous version are preserved.
