Searching for users

To search for a user in the application, you must enter one or more search criteria.

About this task

Searching for users by Name or Email Address returns active users only.

The Security Roles field is displayed only if the user is assigned the care team workspace.

Procedure

  1. Sign in with your administrator credentials.
    Your home page opens.
  2. Click Care Team > Search Users.
    The Search Users page opens.
  3. Enter one or more search criteria and click Search.
    • Name
    • Email Address
    • Workspace: You can search for only closed users by setting the Workspace criteria to Inactive.
    • Security Role: You can search for users with a specific security role.
    Tip: The search function supports partial matching. At a minimum, enter two characters. For example, a search for First Name Su and Last Name Bro can return matches for active clients Susan Brown and Susan Broderick.
  4. Click a user name.
    The user's Home page is displayed.
