New Scheduled Configuration
The new scheduled configuration screen allows users to schedule the execution of a configured task on a timed basis. Users need to configure a task before it is available for scheduling.
To schedule a configured task:
- Click the Schedule Configuration link.
- Select the configured task to schedule. A list of tasks is provided
in a drop down menu.
Note: Only tasks with a value of yes in the "can be scheduled" field during registration are available.
- Provide a description of the selected task. The description provides detailed information about the task and its purpose.
- Select the frequency to execute the task. All scheduled configurations require a start date and time.
- The configuration is available for scheduling in the system.
