Monitoring Rule Execution Server events

You can monitor various Rule Execution Server events outside the Rule Execution Server console, such as logging and configuring message files, monitoring ruleset execution, and receiving notifications of rule engine events.

Monitoring execution events
Rule Execution Server provides monitoring information on the execution of a ruleset and the status of logged events during the session.
Monitoring management events
All JMX events, that is, all changes to the code or business policy, are tracked so that you can respond to lifecycle events for managed resources. You can register objects as listeners for notification messages of events on RuleApp or ruleset events.
Receiving notification of rule engine events using the API
You can use the EventPlugin class to receive detailed events from the rule engines that are managed by Rule Execution Server, including ruleset execution traces.
