Adding initial actions
You add initial actions to specify actions to be executed before a task is processed.

Initial actions run before a task is processed. You define initial actions in the same way that you define actions for an action task.
Note: Like action tasks, initial actions can use only
action phrases associated with ruleset parameters.
Procedure
To add initial actions to a task:
- In the Ruleflow Editor, edit the task in one of the following
ways:
Right-click the task, and then click Initial Actions Editor.
Select the task, and then edit the Initial Actions property.
Click the arrow icon
in the top corner
of the task to open the Smart Tag panel, and then click Initial
Actions Editor.
In the Initial Actions Editor, enter the actions for the task.
