IBM Operational Decision Manager on IBM Cloud Private minimizes the security concerns some organizations have about public cloud and gives you direct control over your data. Using Operational Decision Manager on IBM Cloud Private you create and provision multiple machines, change computing resources on-demand, scale applications, and take advantage of a self-service platform.
It is also possible to mix private and public cloud services; they are not mutually exclusive. With a hybrid approach, you can scale computing requirements beyond the private cloud and into the public cloud.
