Syntax

am610compat = yes

Description

Maintains compatibility with applications developed for previous Security Verify Access versions. The policy server causes the system to follow the previous behavior of applications that assume no errors are thrown.

Options

yes

If set to yes, the command does not return an error if the specified user does not exist. The system returns the value none instead.

no

If set to no, the command returns an error if the user does not exist.

Usage

The am610compat configuration item is for the ivmgrd.conf policy server configuration file.

Th configuration item affects the pdadmin commands where the -user <user-name> is supplied.

If the user specified by the command does not exist, it returns the value none.
