Creating a folder subclass

To create a folder class:

1. Start the Create Class wizard in the administration console:
   1. In the domain navigation pane, select the object store.
   2. In the object store navigation pane, right-click Data Design > Classes > Folder folder and click New Class.
2. Complete the wizard and open the new class.
3. Modify the new folder class as needed, including creating a subscription to an event, adding properties, or setting any values that are allowed by the property sheet of the new class.
4. Assign security to the new folder class.
5. When you are ready to put the new folder class into use, assign it to an existing folder by changing the class of that folder.
