Explanation
The system could not recover from an error that occurred while the system was performing channel
path recovery.

The system may have released reserved devices. Data may be lost or written over.

System action
The system may issue message IOS113W. The system enters wait state X'113'.

The system issues message IOS113W.

Operator response
Do the following: 
Verify data sets.

Refer to installation procedures for diagnosing an error in channel path recovery. If none
exist, obtain a stand-alone dump and reIPL the system.

Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the stand-alone dump.
