Explanation
While initializing the recovery termination manager (RTM), the nucleus initialization program
(NIP) requested cell pool storage in the system queue area (SQA). The request failed. System
initialization cannot continue.

System action
The system may issue message IEA897I.

Operator response
If requested by the system programmer, obtain a stand-alone dump. Then try again to IPL the
system.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the stand-alone dump.
